The Amazing Health Benefits of Green Tea!

Green tea (as well as wu yi, oolong and wu long) have been a part of my daily regimen for a long time because of their wonderful health benefits!

My flavor secret with green tea or the others is that I combine them with herbal teas! You can find many different herbal teas such as blueberry, black cherry, mango, peach or even cinnamon teas if you enjoy a spicier concoction. Make sure that the flavoring is natural. Herbal teas that are natural will not contain ANY calories!
Awhile ago, I started to notice that my morning coffee was making me feel jittery and anxious. This was disappointing because I have always enjoyed my morning cuppa’ Joe and it never used to bother me, even if I drank a whole pot! I decided to experiment with drinking green tea or wu yi tea in the morning, but I still wanted that rich flavor that coffee has, so I found a caramel truffle herbal tea to add to the green tea or wu yi tea. Beneficial to my health AND delicious!
