If it&#8217;s any higher, then we&#8217;re too heavy for our height. Furthermore we&#8217;re defined as obese and morbidly obese respectively if we rise above first thirty and then forty.</p>
<p>To work out your own index &#8211; Use a metric rule to measure your height. Then record your weight in kilograms. Your height should be multiplied by itself, then divide that figure by your weight.</p>
<p>For instance &#8211; say you&#8217;re 1.55 metres tall and you weigh 78 kilos, your index would be 32.5. Clearly that result shows some different eating and exercise habits are needed, as a figure over 30 is categorised as obese.</p>
<p>If we persist with eating fatty and sugary calorie-laden food, we&#8217;ll never get a grip on our weight management. We can lower our fat reserves (and therefore our weight) if we trim down our portion sizes and stick to more natural foodstuffs.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t be tempted by miracle diets that promise massive weight loss in no time at all. This rules out anything that suggests you consume less than twelve hundred calories in 24 hours. Such &#8216;instant remedies&#8217; may produce some results, but it&#8217;s likely the weight will flood back on.</p>
<p>Long-term weight reduction takes time. But if you just knocked 500 cals off your current daily intake, the results would start to show over time. So not the un-realistic promises fed to you from the instant remedy brigade, but a real solution to help you stay out of the danger zones.</p>
<p>Fat-laden food tends to contain the highest calories. So the easiest way to drop the calories is by cutting out fatty food. Instead, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and increase the amount of whole grains in your diet. You&#8217;ll soon start to notice the health benefits associated with this change.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not worth saving calories up for two meals a day. You&#8217;re likely to get too hungry, and then grab a calorie-rich snack! Really, you&#8217;ll do yourself more favours if you have four or five little meals spread throughout the day. It&#8217;s more difficult to get the weight off when you feel half-starved. The body metabolises more when it receives frequent healthy portions of food. This leads to an efficient system of weight loss.</p>

<p>Im sure youve probably heard about the master cleanse diet. This diet was created some 50 years ago by an alternative medicine practitioner by the name of Stanley Burroughs. He had designed the diet to be a cleansing diet which would allow the dieter to excrete the toxins he had accumulated in his body throughout the years.</p>
<p>This diet is really simple in that it involves nothing but the mere consumption of lemonade all throughout the diet period. All that you need to come up with this lemonade are the basic fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. It may take a lot of getting used to with the cayenne flavor but you cannot omit any of the ingredients except probably with the maple syrup.</p>
<p>You cant go nosedive into the diet which means you will need to go through an ease-in period first. </p>
<p>The ease in period is a few days before you start the diet wherein you devote all your time to altering your diet to prepare you for what is to happen during the actual diet. You may think about exchanging fruits and vegetables for all the red meat.</p>
<p>Finally, after the ease in period you can finally start with your diet. The average duration of your diet should be 10 days but this ultimately depends on you. Some have dieted for as little as 7 and as many as 12 days.</p>
<p>The main idea of the diet is that you can drink as much lemonade as you want or need to chase any hunger pangs away.</p>
<p>Last but never at all the least, you will have to take laxatives the entire time that you are on the master cleanse diet. You will need the laxatives since you will not have any access to fiber the entire time and that can give you problems when it comes to your daily bathroom routine. </p>
<p>Your bathroom routine will be important as you will be removing toxins by means of excretion.</p>

All sorts of diets are being tested and for one reason or the other the body temple stays the same. Sometimes the person isnt able to follow through and at other times the diets simply dont give the results that is desired.</p>
<p>This is most likely because you have focused too much on the action part of losing weight, while not paying any attention to what is at the core of your disability to lose weight.</p>
<p>In most cased, the reason why some people just cant lost weight is because they have patterns of thought, believes and behaviors that do not support weight loss. At the core of everyone that is being in your experience are believes that forms programs that your unconscious responds to and then creates circumstances that supports those believes.</p>
<p>Most believes we carry with us have been inherited from our parents and peers throughout our lives. If there has been a strong emotional response together with the belief, it normally makes an even deeper imprint in our system. This might end up in an unconscious habit or pattern of behavior.</p>
<p>For example; Maybe someone grew up together with a parent that used food as a way to comfort her when she was feeling sad. Every time the person was sad, she would get something to eat and now, whenever the person is sad as an adult, she will still turn to food as a way of comfort. This might lead to the person puts on weight and becomes unhappy with herself, which then lead to her turning to food even more and a vicious cycle has been formed.</p>
<p>If you would just tell this person that he has to stop eating as much, he might become very stressed and confused and straight away move back to the old behavior. Instead, if the person goes to the root and find a way to heal the cause of this feeling and this pattern, the need to do excessive eating can be released. This can be done in many ways; nlp and hypnosis, EFT, becoming aware of the pattern and starting to focus on what he really wants to mention a few.</p>
<p>When youve found the way to release the old pattern and underlying emotional cause the behavior thats related to it will no longer be triggered and you will naturally begin to create circumstances that supports a healthy and slim body.</p>
<p>There are many other reasons for overweight and what is important is to find out what rings true for you and find out what it is that will work for you.</p>
