100’s Of Calories Saved Daily From Beverages With Magic Drops: We’re Drinking More Calories Than Ever!

You may be one of those people that fall for the word magic when put together with anything, like magic pills, magic drops or even magic potions that help you lose weight. As you probably already know by now, there are no magic pills or formulas when it comes to losing weight, yet people earn thousands of dollars promising magic formulas that end up being empty promises.

Losing weight is no simple task and no matter how hard you look, you won’t find any magic out there. You just have to be committed, disciplined and motivated to stay the course. But here’s a simple twist on calories and losing weight and quickly becoming the real eye opener. Its one thing to count the calories you consume in normal daily food intake, but then who the heck is paying attention or even counting daily calories consumed through beverages?

All of us have to count calories in drinks and you will also, as soon as you understand exactly how many calories an individual person consumes daily in drinks. What it means gaining weight by adding a lot more pounds annually, along with inches to your mid section that becomes the actual tell tale from it. Men’s Health Magazine, 3/ 09 runs a summary editorial precisely on point titled; were drinking more calories than before.

N.C.U. reports claim in that recent summary: 1. the typical individual drinks four hundred and fifty calories daily 2. that amounts to twenty nine pounds we put on over a yearly basis 3. most fruit juices, beverages and drinks are flavored artificially and or are sweetened using high fructose corn syrup, especially for children’s drinks that amount to only sweetened water

High calorie beverages are reported from Harvard who is chanting the same words with a modern tune. The Medical School prepares a document on concept recently. Title: Obesity and Sugar- high calorie drinks to blame. Now its more than 100’s of calories a day that becomes extra pounds annually, plus inches at the end of the day. Now more than ever its about your health.

Their report brings serious medical conditions from artificial sweeteners, along with calories from sodas, pops, juices and other beverages. Their claim is that women who drank one or more daily beverages with these high fructose sweeteners were 83% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than women who didn’t. Not surprisingly, they were also more likely to gain weight.

In a nut shell, bottles of flavoring water on the super market shelves isn’t the best solution either since they contain high sugar amounts and hurt the wallet. Look to more flavored h2o with 0 count and look at the label of what you drink- servings number and servings of calories, both are good beginning locations. Always see ways to enhance the flavor of tap water without adding calories. That’s your best solution overall.

Lastly, not the last say of course, with the total calories consumed on a daily basis, combined with your wellness and good health at risk, keeping a watch on the label of juices etc., just may help you keep your notch in your belt where it belongs! Use more water and look to make it taste better without adding calories. Water is the real magic formula and as far as those magic drops; let’s just call them natural flavoring concentrates with 0 calories for now. They work and maybe you will find the magic in them too if they assist you in your weight loss goals!!!
