The workout starts with jogging exercise and rope jumping. These are pretty easy exercises, but they are very effective, when you want to burn fat. Also they will warm up your body muscles, and prepare it for further pressure. After about 1-2 minutes of running and rope jumping, move onto squats and push ups. This is more of a heavy stuff, but it’s useful.

We will be doing squats and push ups for 1-2 minutes as well. However, you have to maintain a proper technique, when doing these workouts. Bend you knees exactly 90 degrees, when you are doing performing a squat. Keep your legs straight while doing push ups, and breath normally. Always stay motivated by saying to yourself “I can lose belly fat and I will do it”.

Now what you need to do is go back to rope jumping. Make sure you are landing correctly, because otherwise this won’t be as effective. After jumping for about 5-10 minutes, go back to squats and push ups again, but now add the leg lift exercise to your routine. I know this sound like a lot, but you are burning thousands of calories, which is our primary goal.

Yes, this definitely is a lot of hard work, but believe me it is worth it. Don’t worry we are getting to the end. During the last few minutes before you reach 10 minutes of exercising, add mountain clumbers to your working out routine. This is probably the most difficult workout, but it’s definitely a great one.
