How many commercials for ab exercise machines have you seen on TV? If you’re like me then it you have seen thousands of ‘em!

These commercials give the impression that it’s possible to burn off your belly fat by doing ab exercises but the truth is that’s not how the body works. You may gain abdominal muscle using these machines you will not lose belly fat.

It’s actually not possible to do this. That’s simply not how the body works. You store fat in different places on your body based on genetics and there’s nothing you can do to change that. In order to burn belly fat

The real key to getting the midsection of your dreams is definitely not doing abdominal exercise in order to build additional ab muscle. The lack of muscle is not the problem. The problem is the flab covering up those muscles!
