10 Weight Loss Dieting Tips
1)While you are at parties or at home avoid standing near food. This may sound obvious but you will eat a whole lot more if you have food around you all the time.
2)If you eat form a buffet line frequently avoid trying out a little from all the foods found there. Pick 3-4 foods that you will eat and stick to them. Also make sure that just one is full of calories. The rest should be as low-cal as possible.
3)A simple dieting trick you can use is to put a sign on the kitchen door or fridge door saying “Closed after 8pm” That way you will eat less food at night.
4)After you eat a good healthy dinner go and brush your teeth. You will be far less tempted to eat something after that thinking that you have to brush your teeth again. It sends the message to the brain: “I am done with eating for today.”
5)While you are eating don’t watch tv, surf the web, read the paper or any other activity that is captivating your attention. If you dedicate your full attention to eating you will be amazed of how little food you will be eating daily.
6)When you go to parties during the weekend dance. You will burn those excess calories and you will have a better time with your friends. It is also a great way to find a lover.
7)You should never suppose that all fruits and energy bars are low cal. Some of them contain quite a few calories. Learn to make wiser choices when it comes to what fruits and energy bars you eat and you will lose weight.
8)Instead of a large dinner you can eat a smoothie made out of fat-free milk, some frozen fruits and wheat germ.
9)During the holidays don’t tell yourself it is fine to overindulge. If you do you will probably overeat fatty foods for at least 1 more month.
10)You should try drinking cold raspberry tea that has no sugar in it or any other sweeteners. It will keep your mouth busy and it also has a pleasant taste.
